Seven new substances added to the Candidate List

On 15 January 2018, ECHA has added seven new substances of very high concern (SVHC) to the Candidate List and updated the entry for bisphenol A (BPA) following the SVHC identification process with the involvement of the Member State Committee (MSC). The Candidate List of substances of very high concern (SVHCs) for authorisation now contains 181 substances.
