中文 NEWSupdate:2012-11-14NO.: DOC121101-01Japan Toy Safety Standard ST2002 has Up-dated to the 2012 VersionOn Oct 3, 2012, the new version of Japan toy safety standard (ST2002-2012) released, and will come into effect on January 1, 2013. The new version ST2002 coordinates the mechanical and physical properties, and flammability testing requirements of ISO8124 Part 1 and Part 2. For Part 3 chemical properties maintain the same requirement as ST2002 - 2011, without making any amendment. As the version of ST2002 (11th Edition) is valid until March 31, 2014 , during the transition period, subject to the requirements of the ST Mark both the ST2002 ( 11th Edition) and ST2002 (12th Edition) can be used. From April 1, 2014, the toys need to comply with the requirements of the ST2002-2012 (except in accordance with the 11th edition ST2002 label, until March 31, 2016). For more information: |
