U.S. Pennsylvania Stuffed Toy Registration Application Updated

On Aug 27, 2024, U.S. Pennsylvania requires flammability and tolerance laboratory test reports to be submitted with the application for stuffed toy registration.

Manufacturers of stuffed toys intended for distribution in Pennsylvania by sale or as gifts must be registered with the Department of Labor & Industry. Now all stuffed toy registration applications are required to use the new application form, refer the link:

Each registration application must be accompanied by the Notarized Affidavit, a Flammability and Tolerance Lab Report (from a Consumer Product Safety Commission certified lab or United States based testing lab), and a Completed Stuffed Toy Sample (selected at random from those being manufactured by the above listed factory) and the appropriate fee.
