Commission Directive (EU) 2019/1922: New Migration Limits of Aluminium in EN 71-3

On 18 November 2019, Commission Directive (EU) 2019/1922 was published on the Official Journal of the European Union. This Directive explicates in details the factors and scientific data from different parties of facilitating the update of the migration limits of Aluminium in EN 71-3, and regulates the new limits. The laws, regulations and administrative provision necessary to comply with this Directive will take in force by 19 May 2021 at the latest.
