The migration Limit Revision of Bisphenol A in Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC

EU Commission recently published Directive (EU) 2017/898 of the migration limit revision of Bisphenol A, regulated in Appendix C to Annex II of the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, for chemicals used in toys intended for children under 36 months or in other toys intended to be placed in the mouth. The revision will be effective from November 26th, 2018.
